Life Groups

At New Life, we believe that true life change flourishes through meaningful relationships. Our Life Groups are designed to bring people together, fostering a sense of community where everyone can grow and thrive. God created us to connect with one another, and it’s in these vibrant relationships that we discover the abundant life He has in store for us.

Inspired by the early church in the book of Acts, our Life Groups reflect the power of small gatherings, which played a pivotal role in the growth of the first church in Jerusalem. Join us as we embark on this journey together, sharing our stories, supporting one another, and deepening our faith in a welcoming and loving environment. Come be a part of our community and experience the joy of life together!

NEW LIFE’S LIFE GROUP MODEL

Our groups are “free market.”
We want people to gather together based on things they enjoy and are important to them. Essentially the things you are already doing in your life are the things that can make up your Life Group!  From sports groups, lunch groups, parenting groups, student groups, Bible study groups, creative arts/craft groups. Our groups are as varied as we are!

We have two main sessions each year, however…
Life flows in seasons, and we want to make it easy for you to be in the right Life group in every season. This is why we have new groups that start and stop throughout the year.

What is “School of Christ”?
School of Christ is a discipleship group that meets in the Fellowship Hall, led by Pastor Jeb Bubb. In this group specifically, there is teaching as well as group discussions at your tables.

Our hope is for every person at New Life to be connected in a meaningful community through a Life Group.

Anyone can lead a group.
We believe leading a group is simple because we all have something to offer others. Whether it’s something you are passionate about, an experience you have had that can help others, or even an area in which you are looking to grow.  Leading a group is a great way to bring people together and create a meaningful community. Reach out to Pastor RJ if you are interested in starting a group!
